Founder & CEO
Alex is an insurance innovation specialist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience. He has held senior roles, including Director of Corporate Development at Azur, CEO & Founder of SafeShare, and Head of Aviation & Account Director at RK Harrison.
Passionate about transforming the insurance sector, Alex connects leading insurance Brokers with 21st-century technology to unlock portfolio insights and expand distribution opportunities.

Felix Jordan

Co-Founder and COO
Felix is a digital transformation leader with a track record of modernising operations and driving innovation. He previously served as Head of Digital Transformation at Howden’s. Earlier in his career. Felix was a Senior Accounts Executive at RK Harrison, gaining expertise in specialty Insurance.

Operations Manager
Felix brings a unique insight to UP Digital. At Insurtech Gateway, he worked to bring new and innovative disruptors into the industry, supporting startups from concept to market launch. Before entering the world of insurance, Felix spent three years as a ski Guide, teaching across the world. His diverse background gives him a fresh perspective on problem-solving and a passion for helping disruptive ideas gain traction.
